1. Our commitment
At Little Thinker Lab we want you and your child to be delighted with your purchase. If somethingâs gone wrong, weâll help you. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our handmade Montessori and sensory toys, educational activities and printables.
2. What your rights are
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or doesnât do what it was intended to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will comply with those rights.

If you simply change your mind (e.g., you bought the wrong item, you donât like it) we offer:
Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase (from date of invoice) provided the item is unused, in original condition, packaging intact.
You may choose between a store credit or refund (less original shipping cost, if any).
Customised/personalised items, printables once downloaded, or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Shipping cost for return is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different to what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence and purchase details.
On confirmation we will provide a replacement or refund (including shipping costs if appropriate).
